We accept and process the order on availability of products, area and time. For a few cities/areas/pin codes the order may or may not be processed, and in this situation, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded back to the customer.
Once the order is placed by the customer the delivery attempt will be done only once, it’s a request to the customer to confirm the availability of the receiver before placing the order. For surprise orders, the customer should have an alternate number of receivers to process the order smoothly.
After the delivery attempt is done once if the receiver is not available or denies taking the order no refund will be given to the customer in this case. The second attempt of delivery can be done at the customer request if the customer agrees to pay the extra delivery charges.
Address change requests for pre-paid orders will be accepted before 24hrs of the delivery date. If the address change request is raised on the delivery day customer needs to pay the extra delivery charges depending upon the area and pin-code.
For same-day delivery orders, the address change request is accepted at least before 2hrs of processing the order, and extra charges will be applied and the address change request is accepted based on area and pin code, and if the delivery is not possible on the second address mentioned by the customer then no refund of the order amount will be provided to the customer.
Please Note: Sometimes if the address change request is not accepted the order cannot be cancelled and no refund shall be given to the customer.
