Please go through the below points to understand the cancellation policy of pyarasagifts.com Orders are placed in time slots by the customer and we accept the cancellation request for the orders by considering the time slots chosen by a customer while placing the order.
The below points are referred for pre-paid order, (where the date of order placed and delivery date is different).
1. If a customer raises a cancellation request within 24hrs of the time slot/date selected for the order delivery, then 10% of the order amount will be considered as a cancellation charge and 90% of the order amount will be refunded to a customer bank account.
2. If a customer raises a cancellation request within 12-24hrs of the time slot selected for the order delivery, then 20% of the order amount will be considered as a cancellation charge and 80% of the order amount will be refunded to a customer bank account.
3. If a customer raises a cancellation request within 12hrs of the time slot selected for the order delivery, then 100% of the order amount will be considered as a cancellation charge and no refund will be provided to the customer.
Please Note:
No cancellation request will be accepted for the below points
1. Same day delivery category: If you place an order for same-day delivery where the date of order placed and delivery date is the same, no cancellation request of the customer will be accepted. If the customer cancels the order or if the receiver does not receive the order then no refund shall be given to the customer.
2. Same day mid-night delivery: No cancellation request will be accepted for this.
3. Special day and Occassion orders: Order placed on valentines day, Diwali, women’s day, mother’s day and other special occasions cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Important Note:
Customers can choose the date and time of same-day delivery and we value the customer request and try to deliver the order at the time selected by the customer but DO NOT PROMISE.
